Return Policy

Hardware Returns
- Return Window: Hardware returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% to 25% may apply to all hardware returns to cover testing and recertification.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unopened, and pristine condition with all factory seals intact.
- Opened Items: Any hardware that has been opened, installed, used, or has a broken manufacturer seal is considered used and is not eligible for return.
Electronic Licenses (Non-Refundable)
- Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales of electronic delivery products — including software activation codes, license keys, and digital subscriptions — are final and non-refundable.
- Activation Responsibility: As noted in our Shipping Policy, some licenses have a limited activation timeframe; refunds will not be issued for licenses that expire due to a failure to activate.
Promotional Items
- If you return a hardware order that included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in its original, unopened condition.
- If the gift is not returned, the full retail value of the item will be deducted from your total refund.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA Number.
- To request an RMA, please contact the vendor / manufacturer directly with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the package, as Grizzly X is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Defective Items & Warranty
- If hardware is suspected to be Defect on Arrival (DOA), it must be reported directly to the vendor / manufacturer within 48 hours of receipt.
- All hardware is covered under the specific Manufacturer’s Warranty. Grizzly X will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible but does not provide an independent warranty beyond that of the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
- Inspection Period: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please note that refunds will typically show within 15–30 business days on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after this period, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
