Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Our cutoff time is based on EST. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend / holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Estimates
Most hardware and infrastructure orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or remote locations.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
- Canada: We ship to most provinces and territories.
- Quebec: Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to the province of Quebec. Any orders placed with a Quebec shipping address will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
- USA: We ship to the contiguous United States. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
Carrier & Tracking
We partner with major carriers (such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx) to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your hardware. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
Promotional Items
Please note that promotional gifts or free items may be shipped separately from your main hardware order. They may arrive via a different carrier and at a different time.
Address Accuracy & Loss
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Grizzly X Ltd. is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit. In the event of damage, please retain all packaging and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
Forwarding & Reshipping
- Original Delivery Only: Grizzly X is responsible for the delivery of products only to the original shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
- Third-Party Reshipping: We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or technical issues that occur if a customer or third party attempts to reship, forward, or transport products outside of their original delivery location.
- Export Compliance: Customers who choose to export products after receiving them do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all local and international export laws.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Grizzly X Ltd. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers and will assist where possible:
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Important: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take clear photos of the external box and the internal damage for documentation.
Electronic Delivery & Licensing
Certain products, such as software activation codes and license keys, are delivered electronically via email and are subject to specific restrictions. Please note that some licenses have a limited timeframe for activation; it is the customer’s responsibility to activate the product within the period specified in the delivery email or product documentation to avoid expiration. Grizzly X Ltd. is not responsible for licenses that become invalid due to a failure to activate within these designated time limits.
