Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery
- Canada / USA Shipping: Freight charges apply for deliveries to specific regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, and remote Canadian territories) unless otherwise stated.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Grizzly X Ltd. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Section 7 — Warranty and Claims
- Limitation: Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the invoice price. We do not cover labor costs, installation fees, or incidental damages.
- Claims: Any claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt.

We may provide access to third-party tools. We have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Use of these tools is governed by the terms of the respective third-party provider.

- Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from:

Section 13 — Promotions and Promotional Gifts
From time to time, Grizzly X Ltd. may offer promotional items, including free gifts or bundled products with your purchase. By participating in these offers, you agree to the following:
- Eligibility & Availability: Promotional items are only available on specific products or orders where explicitly stated. They are provided while supplies last and may be changed, modified, or revoked at any time without prior notice.
- Shipping & Logistics: Promotional items may be shipped separately from your primary order. They may arrive via a different carrier or shipping service and may have a different estimated delivery date.
- Returns & Exchanges: If you return an order that qualified for a promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned in its original, unopened condition. If the gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Exclusions: Unless otherwise stated, promotions are only available at the standard website price. Promotions may not be combined with custom quoted prices, wholesale discounts, or specific cash-discounted transactions.
- No Cash Value: Promotional gifts and items carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or alternative products.
