FortiAP 23JK
A Wi-Fi 7 access point in a wall plate, with four wired ports and PoE out - for hotel rooms, dorms and offices.
Wireless and Wired From the Same Faceplate
A wall-plate AP solves the problem of a room that needs good wireless and a few wired ports with only one cable run to it. The 23JK takes a single uplink and gives back Wi-Fi 7 coverage, three Gigabit ports, a pass-through pair, and 802.3af power out on LAN3 for a phone or a camera. Hotel rooms, student accommodation and cellular offices are the usual deployments.
Managed From the Firewall, Not a Controller
A FortiAP has no separate controller to buy, licence or patch. It is managed from a FortiGate, from FortiEdge Cloud or through FortiSASE, which means the wireless policy and the security policy are configured in the same place and the access point is part of the Security Fabric rather than a device bolted on beside it. For a site that already runs a FortiGate, adding wireless is adding an access point and nothing else.
